Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Mika + Co. is an online only store

 

What is your return policy?

BERMUDA: If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please reach out to us via email (hello@mika-co.com) with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will collect it free of charge. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all the original packaging and tags. You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping cost on the original form of payment used. Please make all returns within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns on earrings, swimwear, intimates, beauty, skincare, fragrances, confectionery, stationery and books.

UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN & CHINA: Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved, we will not be able to accept returns from these countries.

What are your payment options?

We take payments through Tilopay. All major credit cards are accepted except AMEX.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Bermuda and to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan & China. We hope to expand to more countries in the near future.

What is your delivery / shipping rate?
Bermuda - $5.00 

International- $65.00

What is your delivery policy?

BERMUDA - We deliver orders Monday through Friday. All orders are delivered by our own delivery person. Delivery is 2-4 business days. Please note, we will send you an email and text message alerting you of when your package will be delivered. If the day/time is not convenient, please let us know and we will attempt another delivery that is more suitable for you. 

What is your shipping policy?

UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN & CHINA - We ship via DHL Express. Packages over 10LBS may be subject to additional shipping costs, if that is the case you will be notified via email. Once your package has shipped you will be sent a shipping notification with tracking details. Delivery is 3-7 business days. (ALL TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER)

I received a damaged product, what do I do?

Damaged or defective goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. We will need picture evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer.
